Shipping & Delivery

We kindly advise that you place your package order 2+ weeks prior to your scheduled surgery, if possible. This minimises the risk of unforeseen circumstances impacting the timeline of your package delivery.

This is particularly important if you are undergoing rhinoplasty, as our rhinoplasty packages contain the nasal wash solution that most surgeons advise their patients to commence two weeks prior to surgery (as well as post-operatively).

Of course, should your surgery fall within this two-week window, please let one of our team members know and we will do absolutely everything we can to ensure you receive your package for your surgical recovery. Short notice and next-day deliveries can be arranged if circumstances permit.

We can prepare your order for dispatch once received. Alternatively, should you wish to receive your package closer to your surgical date, let us know so we can discuss what is most suitable for you.

If your surgical date changes and you believe this may impact the timeline of your delivery, please contact our team.

South East Queensland (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba & surrounding areas): Please see our Australia-wide shipping policy. Alternatively, packages can be delivered by one of our team members to your nominated hospital, hotel, or residential address. In this case, next day deliveries may be arranged if circumstances permit. Please contact our team should you wish to discuss this option.

Australia: Orders using standard shipping will be dispatched within 3 - 5 business days and express shipping orders will be sent within 2 - 3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3 - 6 days (tracking included). Orders are managed by AusPost and therefore are dependent on their shipping capacity.

Returns

Due to Australian Health & Safety regulations and the nature of Daisy Plastic Surgery Aftercare packages, purchases are non-refundable.

Should a product arrive in a faulty condition, please contact our team.

You are always welcome to contact us to discuss any personal circumstances regarding your package purchase. This includes situations in which surgery dates/procedures are amended or cancelled prior to the dispatch of your order.

Custom packages

Our surgical aftercare packages are designed with industry experience but ultimately made for you. We welcome requests regarding the customisation of packages, including:

  • removing particular product(s)

  • adding extra products

  • checking/matching with individual surgeons’ protocols

  • combined procedures

  • two-stage surgeries

  • procedures not currently within our standard range

We provide complimentary consultations with your surgeon’s rooms when requested.
